Alright, it wasn't quite an S-Club party, but it was nearly just as good!
Last night, all the Brits that are living in Rexburg, and those who had served their missions somewhere in England all got together for a Brit Party! It had been a while since we were all in the same place reminiscing about the Motherland, so I thought that some British banter was well overdue.
It was a blast! My DVD of the Royal Wedding was playing in the background, old companions were swapping hilarious stories and mostly, we were just enjoying the soothing sounds of multiple British accents in the same room ha! It was goooooood.
Despite Krysta and I's best efforts to provide as much authentic English food as possible, we ended up having Little Caeser's, BBQ smokeys and asparagus wrapped in bacon (don't even try to imagine how good it is. Just make it right now).
But all in all there was food, laughter, merriment and banter... mostly banter.
I didn't even have enough time to take cool Instaworthy pictures of the decorations or the food. Because I was having so much fun!
Now that's an S-Club Party.
